We are recruiting for Carer Support Workers for Replacement Care in our Ceredigion area. Applicants should reside in the United Kingdom, specifically in Carmarthenshire county.

REQUIREMENTS OF OUR STAFF:

· Kind-hearted, reliable, compassionate, warm and a ‘people person.’
· A driving licence and your own vehicle is essential as we care for people in the community in their own homes. Car insurance to include for business use.
· No previous experience required all training given.
· Willingness to achieve training requirements and register to Social Care Wales
· Can give guaranteed hours if requested.
· Applicants must be willing to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

· To provide support to carers and people with care needs including emotional support.
· Provide and promote personal care
· Carry out domestic tasks
