Golden Healthcare Solutions Limited is recruiting compassionate, reliable and dedicated Carers and Support Workers to join our growing team in Portsmouth.

Essential requirement* A valid driving licence is essential because the role requires travelling between service users and care locations.

Your responsibilities* Providing respectful, person-centred care and support.* Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.* Supporting medication in accordance with care plans and training.* Preparing meals and assisting with household activities.* Promoting independence, dignity, wellbeing and community participation.* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns promptly.* Following safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and infection-control procedures. Who we are looking for* Kind, patient and dependable individuals.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.* Flexibility to work agreed shifts, including weekends where required.* The right to work in the UK.* Willingness to complete DBS, reference, training and other pre-employment checks.* Previous care experience is welcomed but not always essential, as training may be provided.
