Responsibilities

Attend to matters outside of office including but not limited to noise complaints, supplying linen, washing tokens, change for games room, replacing light bulbs/heaters/kettles, electricity faults/safety switches and key to BBQ
Jump in to support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas
Keep housekeeping and maintenance updated when rooms have been vacated, or when residents or guests need support
Keep the park safe and secure with regular walk-arounds, lock-ups, and after-hours pool checks
Be the friendly voice after hours, manage the night phone and assist with late check-ins when needed
