Caretaker/Cleaner

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the premises for four separate apartment buildings located close together in Edson.
Please note this is a 3rd party contractor role
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Handle waste disposal in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Ability to manage time and effectively clean within the time frames given
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
