    We are currently seeking a resilient and dedicated Caretaker to join our Ground Lease Model (GLM) program. This full time, onsite role, based at Prahran, is vital in maintaining the quality and safety of our residential assets, ensuring our residents live in well-kept, welcoming environments.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the upkeep of residential properties within the GLM portfolio. Working as part of our facilities management team, your duties will include:

  • Performing general handyperson tasks (minor repairs, painting, upkeep)
  • Daily cleaning to maintain neat and hygienic residential areas
  • Supporting preventative maintenance programs and liaising with contractors
  • Conducting regular site inspections and reporting issues
  • Assisting with resident move-in’s and move outs
  • Responding promptly to resident service requests
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service with a diverse range of residents
  • Ensuring safe working practices in line with CHL health and safety policies
