EQUANS IS LOOKING FOR A CARETAKER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN UNIVERSITY OF WEST LONDON, ST MARY’S RD, LONDON W5 5RF ON A PERMANENT BASIS. THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE WORKING 40 HOURS PER WEEK. ON OFFER IS A SALARY OF £27,997.00 AND BENEFITS PACKAGE.

Shift Pattern: Mon – Fri, 7am-4pm and 1pm-10pm alternating
Essential Criteria: Full UK Valid Driving License

EXAMPLE OF TYPICAL DUTIES :

• Setting up classrooms as per end user requirements
• Setting up for large scale internal and external events including staging and bulky furniture
• Setting up of exam rooms across all sites
• Setting up for Open days, enrolment and Graduation ceremonies across all sites of the University of west
• Setting up of student areas for practical activities
• Maintenance of UWL grounds including litter picking, jet washing, grass cutting,
• Daily maintenance check of all classrooms
• Participation in walkarounds and site inspections in preparation for events
• Assisting with the relocation of internal departments
• Daily collection of Post from the depot
