Job Posting TitleCaretaker Job Description Gassen Management is seeking an energetic, professional team as on-site Manager/Caretaker for a residential property in Minnetonka. The Resident Onsite Caretaker, under the direction and supervision of the Association Manager is responsible for the general housekeeping, day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the common areas, coordination of mechanical work with vendors and other duties as requested and needed. The caretakers will work directly with the Board of Directors and the Association Manager to ensure the effective operation of the Association. Accountable for providing service to the Association with a focus on Gassen’s core values: We Care, Solution Focused, Do the Right Thing and Committed * Responsible for the day to day maintenance and cleanliness of common areas including, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, carpet shampooing * Transfer dumpsters for garbage and recycling pickup * Perform seasonal and/or schedule projects as needed * Maintain electronic files for Association * Maintain reservations and upkeep of Community Room and Guest Suites * Be a Team Player with strong communication skills * Assist in enforcement of Association Rules and Regulations * Be the primary contact for homeowner issues, questions and concerns (during business hours) Education and experience: * Previous residential or commercial cleaning and maintenance * Pool maintenance license * Boiler license a plus Pay and Benefits: * Pay commensurate with experience * Medical, Dental, Vision * Paid time off * 401 (k) with company match We are a multi-year winner of the Star Tribune Top Workplace award!
