CARETAKER
20 hours per week, full year

Required as soon as possible, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to provide a key role in maintaining our school site: ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the whole school community.
Experience of DIY and ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating is essential. You should have good communication skills and be able to work under direction or using your own initiative as appropriate.
Duties will include:
· Supporting the maintenance of property and grounds, including liaising with contractors
· Maintaining Health and Safety records
· Minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating
· Monitoring stock and order supplies
· Keyholder responsibilities
· Supervision of a team of cleaners
Previous experience would be beneficial but training will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to act as a key holder.
