WHO WE ARE:
Jigsaw Homes Group is one of the largest housing groups in England with more than 37,500 homes across the North West and East Midlands.
We provide quality, low-cost housing and play a wider role in making sure our residents thrive in their homes and benefit from living in healthy, sustainable communities.
Your ability to get things done quickly and efficiently will help us create clean, safe and attractive communities; ones where our customers can call home.
You will take pride in your work to carry out a programme of cleaning and grounds maintenance - both inside buildings and outside of our residents’ homes, across the North West but primarily in the Manchester area.
You will also be able to liaise well with colleagues and customers alike, to help us keep up effective, positive relationships with our residents, contractors and other partners.
With a good standard of general education and experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance and handyperson duties in some larger properties, you must be able to demonstrate you are able to undertake the physical aspects of the job.
This role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving license (points/convictions must be disclosed)
There may be a requirement to be part of a rota working a small number of weekends per year attending select sites.
