We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.

• Ensure all areas are maintained and serviced in accordance with O & M and other statutory regulations
• Undertake and carry out supervisor duties to monitor cleaning activities and directly report non-conformance to the manager
• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards
• Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance to COSHH guidelines
• Ensure the cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment is stored correctly and safely at all times
• Carry out basic maintenance repairs and tasks such as painting, window cleaning
• Carry out monthly PPM checks
• Set up for events and meetings
• Move furniture throughout site
