WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Good all-round maintenance and DIY skills
• Confidence using IT including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to log jobs and send emails
• Friendly, clear communication skills for working with colleagues, contractors, students, and parents
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative
• Willingness to train as a first aider (we’ll provide the training)
  Previous experience as a school caretaker, premises assistant, or in a similar role would be helpful, but it’s not essential if you have the right skills and attitude.

South Hampstead High School is seeking a reliable, proactive individual with strong maintenance skills to help keep our school safe, secure, and well-maintained.
This is a varied, rewarding maintenance role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our Senior School Premises Manager, carrying out day-to-day repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and liaising with external contractors when needed.
This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, with 30 days’ annual leave and excellent benefits.
