THE ACADEMY OF ST. NICHOLAS

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Caretaker to support the Head of Facilities Management in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school site.

This varied and hands-on role includes responsibilities such as:

• Securing and supervising the site and buildings
• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and porterage duties
• Managing contractors and supporting health & safety procedures
• Operating site systems (heating, security, CCTV, etc.)
• Supporting emergency response and occasional lettings/events

The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
