REQUIREMENTS

• Previous cargo administration or logistics experience preferred
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills (ability to pass DfT Cargo Operative Training)

• Ability to provide a 5-year checkable work/education history for security vetting
• Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check

• Organising bookings, deliveries, and collections with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining responsibility for allocated tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
• Communicating effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers via email, phone, and face-to-face
• Taking a hands-on approach when required to support operations
• Using everyday software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Calendar) to manage tasks efficiently
• Prioritising workload and managing time effectively in busy periods
• Working collaboratively within a team, sharing updates and supporting colleagues
• Delivering excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
