If you wish to explore the exciting world of aviation, join our team! About the role There is currently a job opening “Cargo Operations Compliance & Publications Coordinator” in the Cargo Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, control and publication of cargo operations manuals, procedures and bulletins in accordance with IATA, ICAO and other applicable regulatory bodies. You are a perfect match, if you are eager to ensure the airline’s cargo operations remain compliant with regulatory, safety and quality standards through effective oversight, audits and documentation management. What you will do: Monitor compliance with internal policies, IATA, ICAO and applicable aviation cargo regulations Conduct audits and inspections of cargo handling processes across hubs and outstations Ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit findings through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Develop, review, update and publish cargo operations manuals, procedures and operational bulletins Maintain accurate, version-controlled documentation and ensure proper distribution to stakeholders Support compliance training and promote awareness of regulatory and operational requirements Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and audit records for management and internal stakeholders You fit, if you cover the following requirements: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of professional experience in airline cargo operations, quality assurance or regulatory compliance Fluency in oral and written Greek and English Strong knowledge of aviation cargo operations and compliance frameworks (IATA/ICAO) Familiarity with document control systems, SMS and audit processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools (e.g. SharePoint, Management 365) Military Service fulfilled (if applicable) And you have competence in: Communicating effectively and in a structured manner with a wide range of stakeholders Ensuring compliance with rules and procedures Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently Maintaining a high level of accuracy Thinking in a structured and analytical way Taking ownership while collaborating across teams Delivering effective presentations If you pursue your career journey with AEGEAN, on top of a challenging job, we offer: A working environment where you feel valued and appreciated Excellent career and development opportunities within the organization Flight tickets Private Health Insurance scheme If this looks like an interesting opportunity for you, send us your application now!
