Providing customers with up-to-date product information, capacity availability, and pricing details.
️ Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to develop winning strategies.
Maintaining sales call records, tracking performance, and making data-driven recommendations.
Collaborating with internal teams and airline partners to meet customer needs.
Supporting daily sales enquiries and managing the sales inbox.
