QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo, freight, or logistics (supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cargo systems (e.g., CargoSpot, CargoWise, or Cargo Vision is a plus).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid RAIC or ability to obtain one is required.
• Forklift certification is an asset.

• Supervise and coordinate cargo agents and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate with airline reps, truckers, and clients to resolve shipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with CBSA, Transport Canada, and workplace safety regulations.
• Lead and train team members; manage scheduling and coverage.
• Perform shift reports and ensure task handovers are clear and complete.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and efficiency.
