Your role
What you’ll be doing
Work items
Providing a second level of support to end users in relation to vehicle monitoring applications. The main task is to ensure professional support and optimal availability of services.

Responsibility and authority

  • Direct communication with clients to address their individual requirements with the system.
  • Analysis and resolution of SW and HW problems.
  • Supporting tribal installers and installation partners
  • Introducing and setting up new vehicles and units on the system
  • Direct support to the Development Department
  • System testing
  • Liaising with the sales, marketing and logistics department
  • Working as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: high school education, electrical engineering education preferably
Experience in a similar position is an advantage, good IT orientation
Qualification: PC skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience: General knowledge of database systems an advantage
Skills: Assertiveness, Independence and teamwork skills, Logical and technical thinking
Language skills: AJ level B2
