The Install Manager is expected to maintain a productive install schedule, multi-task, train and develop, along with keeping the install department productive and able to achieve set goals by the department. What You’ll Do - Training and development IS will spend 2-4 hour per day working on training and development Micro-skills training for 30/60/90 Hands on field training for JA’s Hands on field training for leads Development of training classes Small trainings in L-10 Will use forms to track progress - Quality control visits IS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and document - Audits Start-up sheet audits Final payment form Audits - Quarterly conversations - Monthly scorecard conversations - Install follow up visits - Sales debriefs and walk throughs as needed - Service debrief forms (install warranty) Coaching and feedback What you need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. 10+ Years HVAC installation experience. HVAC training & certifications a plus. EPA Universal Certification Preferred. Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR. High standards for your work. Excellence & integrity matter to you. You are dependable and consistent in all areas. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday.
