Job Description Perform carpentry works including maintenance, repairs, and modifications of building structures and fixtures. Plan and estimate materials and labor needs for assigned tasks, keeping accurate records of time and materials used. Assist in supervising and coordinating work layouts for maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely completion. Ensure workplace safety, including inspecting scaffolding and adhering to hotel and governmental safety regulations. Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and other teams to support crisis management and operational requirements. Support Accor sustainability and quality standards, including waste reduction, energy saving, and adherence to safety and evacuation procedures. Qualifications High school education. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience. Extensive experience in carpentry work.
