JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking skilled carpenters to join our team for a variety of commercial special projects. The role involves tasks such as formwork, cladding, envelope work, and civil projects. Initially, you will focus on formwork projects in Coquitlam and Vancouver, specifically forming footings, slabs, and walls. As projects frequently change, adaptability is key.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 8+ years of experience as a carpenter specializing in envelope, new construction, and concrete.
• Valid driver’s license.
• In person fall protection ticket
• Proficiency with power tools, including skill saws and nail guns.
• Possession of a tool belt and hand tools.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to work independently.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Scissor lift or Boom lift ticket.
• Experience with commercial envelope projects.
• Having a personal vehicle for future site visits.

• Perform formwork on footings, slabs, and walls.
• Engage in cladding and envelope work.
• Participate in a variety of civil projects.
• Adapt to frequently changing project assignments.
