We’re looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you’ll bring plans and visions to life through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. You’ll work on a wide range of residential projects — from fine trim and cabinetry to framing and custom renovations — all while upholding Andrew Roby’s reputation for quality and care.

Qualifications

You have 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including finish and trim work
You’re confident reading blueprints, layouts, and project plans
You take pride in craftsmanship and hold yourself to high quality standards
You’re organized, reliable, and safety-minded on every jobsite
You enjoy collaborating with superintendents, project managers, and teammates
You maintain a positive, can-do attitude even when challenges arise

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing framing, trim, cabinetry, and custom finish work on residential projects
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensuring work meets company quality standards and local building codes
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Assisting superintendents with scheduling, materials, and project coordination
Representing Andrew Roby with professionalism and pride in every client interaction
