Aureol Global Connections is hiring talented Carpenters to join our expanding team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures in diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial developments. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be vital in delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations and industry standards. If you have solid carpentry skills and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to become part of our team. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand job requirements. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand and power tools. Construct, install, and repair frameworks, walls, flooring, and cabinetry. Maintain adherence to safety procedures and keep the work environment organized and clean. Work collaboratively with other trades and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role. Good understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to different job sites as needed.
