Aureol Global Connections is looking for experienced Carpenters to join our skilled workforce. As a Carpenter with our company, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures across a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will demonstrate attention to detail and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations and safety standards. If you have a strong background in carpentry and are dedicated to excellence, we invite you to become a valuable member of our team. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using various hand and power tools. Construct, install, and repair wooden frameworks, floors, walls, cabinetry, and other fixtures. Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor and heavy materials. Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation. Valid driver's license and flexibility to work at different job sites as required.
