Carpenter (Bridge) - What Will You Do? BUILD AMERICA - Assist in multiple aspects of bridge construction across Pennsylvania. Planning & execution of the forming, pouring & stripping of substructure & superstructure of concrete components & falsework associated with bridge construction. Produce quality workmanship set forth by company standards and PennDOT inspection. Meet production goals set by foreperson, superintendent or project manager. Operate and maintain small equipment. Assist coworkers as needed. Work as a team to complete jobs safely and on time. Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA Requirements - Who Are We Looking For? Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn. Team Mindset - "The NESL Way" Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy Experience in bridge construction is a plus, but not required.
