Since 2011, EFC Norge AS has specialized in building high-quality metal and wood-framed interior and exterior walls in Norway. We have established a reputation as a reliable and professional construction company. We are looking for experienced construction carpenters to join our team! Main responsibilities: Construction of interior and exterior walls. What we offer: Attractive salary: from 250 NOK/hour. For certified builders: 264.32 NOK/hour. An accommodation allowance of 20 NOK/hour, making a total of up to 284.32 NOK/hour. Holiday pay: 10.2%.Performance bonus via our bonus system. Training stipend: 10.3 NOK/hour for builders without a certificate who complete the required training and pass the exam. Flexible work schedule: 6 weeks working followed by 2 weeks off. Travel compensation: Employer covers the first trip to Norway. Regular salary payments: Paid twice a month. You are a good fit for our team if: You are experienced, independent, and fast in building metal-framed interior walls (drywall work) and are willing to do other carpentry work. Experience on large construction sites is an advantage. You are motivated to develop with us and you value teamwork. You can communicate in Estonian or English. You have completed the following Norwegian safety training courses: Fall protection equipment course Scaffolding user training Safe use of lifts training Use of hazardous hand tools course. If you do not have the certificates, we will help you complete the training before you start work.
