We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role involves working on a variety of construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount.

SKILLS

• Strong tape measuring knowledge
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation processes.
• Familiarity with masonry work including brick and stone applications.
• Competence in using various hand tools effectively.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed on job sites.
• Skill in assembling furniture and cabinetry with precision.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for project execution.

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Install baseboards, shoe-molds, kitchens, hollow-core doors
• Utilize hand tools such as saws, hammers, and chisels effectively.
• Operate power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to determine project specifications.
• Assemble cabinets and other furniture pieces according to design plans.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
