REQUIREMENTS: ​

• Proven experience customizing and repairing vehicles - particularly vans
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and tidy in your work
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Able to meet deadlines
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• UK/EU driving license
• No criminal record

THE ROLE:​

Your main responsibility will be to prepare and equip panel vans with the necessary tools and shelves our windscreen technicians need to operate efficiently.
This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role ideal for someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background who takes pride in their work environment and craftsmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Kit out vans to the exact requirements of our windscreen technicians.
• Build custom shelves, setup 12V inverter system, and camera installation.
• Be involved in the whole process from design to completion.
• Source and order necessary tools, parts, and materials.
• Install and customize van equipment..
• Ensure all van builds meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
