HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in framing, drywall, exterior & interior finishes
• Experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Red seal certification in carpentry or any other trade would be an asset.
• Strong planning skills to organize yourself for tasks assigned
• Motivation to tackle projects head on with a can-do attitude
• Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems as they arise.
• Passion for safety and working as part of a team of people
• Self-starter and always one step ahead of what’s expected and your call of duty.
• Love for the details with a focus on the big picture.
• You’re looking for a career, not just a job and you have a background (and passion!) for construction.
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to obtain necessary clearances upon hire

As a Carpenter, you are at the core of the business and play a key role in building the projects that we take so much pride in. You will be responsible for specific projects and will work as part of a team to complete daily tasks, on time and with a high degree of quality. You will report to a Site Foreman or a Project Lead and you must pay high attention to detail and take pride in your work.
