• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of carpenters and helpers.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Assign work tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Train and mentor carpenters to improve skills and maintain work efficiency.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Order and manage inventory of materials as required for project needs.
• Prepare daily or weekly progress reports for management.

  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Carpenter foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
