REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a carpenter and general builder
• Own tools (preferred but not essential) and transport
• Good knowledge of health & safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage your time effectively

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter / General Builder to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid background in carpentry and general building work, who takes pride in their craftsmanship and works well independently or as part of a team.
You’ll be involved in a variety of residential and/or commercial projects, including renovations, refurbishments, and new builds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry (e.g. stud walls, doors, skirting, architraves)
• General building work including plasterboarding, basic brick/block work, and groundwork
• Fitting kitchens, flooring, and general joinery
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
• Working with other trades to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Liaising with clients professionally when required
