With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome a Carpenter to join our dynamic team. Job Overview The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in carpentry, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The candidate must also have the ability to follow safety protocols, and complete assignments efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Compensation: $40.00 per hour (Based on experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k Shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm. Monday – Friday. Flexible availability required, including nights, weekends, and emergencies as operational needs require. Responsibilities Perform hands-on carpentry work as a primary function, including installation, repair, and maintenance Install, repair, and maintain all flooring types, including vinyl, wood, VCT, LVT, and carpet tiles/squares Perform painting, drywall repair and/or installation, including finishing (taping and spackling) Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies Ensure work quality, productivity, and project timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Coordinate with management to meet operational needs Respond to emergency repairs and service calls as required Complete required documentation, work orders, and reports Requirements Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subject to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience (commercial maintenance preferred) Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems (preferred) Practical knowledge of construction techniques and trades Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills Strong attention to details with a focus on quality, efficiency, and meeting project timelines Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
