JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter to join our company. Must be able to install windows, doors, siding, construct decks, patios & steps, perform roofing, etc.
Some drywall work will be required.
Must be willing to adhere to company safety program and perform duties in compliance with safety regulations & guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques is preferred; previous experience as a maintenance person is a plus.
• Experience in Roofing
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and measuring devices.
• Willingness to take direction effectively.
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Carpentry: 2 years (required)

• Construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
• Assist with all aspects of asphalt roofing replacement & repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Perform caulking and sealing of joints to ensure durability and finish quality.
• Help with the transportation of materials to job sites, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
