CARPENTER / HANDYPERSON – £30K–£35K – LONDON

Are you a skilled carpenter with a hands-on approach and a passion for quality workmanship?
We’re looking for a reliable and versatile Carpenter / Handyperson to join our growing property maintenance team. If you enjoy working on varied projects, take pride in your finishes, and can work both independently and as part of a team — we’d love to hear from you.

· First and second fix carpentry (doors, frames, skirting, flooring, etc.)
· Repairing or replacing timber structures and fittings
· Hanging doors, fitting locks, shelving, cupboards, boxing in pipework
· Assisting with general handyman tasks (repairs, fitting fixtures, minor tiling, etc.)
· Working across residential and commercial properties
· Keeping records of work completed and reporting issues as needed
