We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Carpenter/Joiner. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience in a variety of tasks related to building and restoration.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong focus on carpentry.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of masonry, plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, and fabrication.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct woodworking tasks including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation and installation of flooring, staircases.
• Oversee roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects with attention to detail.
• Participate in restoration activities such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general maintenance person services.
• Carry out construction painting tasks as needed to complete projects efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.
