OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This position requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance person tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including experience in carpentry, with strong ability in concrete, framing and read blueprints and schematics effectively. Red seal would be preferred but is not a requirement. Starting wage is $38 / hr with the ability to move quickly into a six figure salary with the right work ethic and abilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in construction and carpentry
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation
• Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and other manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by various tasks.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques and siding installation is preferred.
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
