Aureol Global Connections is seeking a talented Carpenter/Kitchen Fitter to join our dedicated team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both carpentry work and specialized kitchen fitting tasks, ensuring that kitchens are constructed, installed, and finished to the highest standards. Your expertise in woodworking and attention to detail will play a significant role in delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' needs and enhance their living spaces. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and fixtures accurately. Construct and repair wooden structures and fittings in kitchens, including cabinetry and shelving. Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision using hand tools and power tools. Ensure that all installations are compliant with safety regulations and building codes. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations for materials and layouts. Troubleshoot any installation issues that arise and provide effective solutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times. Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters and kitchen fitters as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or specialized training in kitchen fitting is preferred. Proven experience as a Carpenter and Kitchen Fitter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials used in kitchen fitting, and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy materials. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to various job sites as needed.
Responsibilities
The Carpenter/Kitchen Fitter will read blueprints to install kitchen components and construct wooden structures. They will also troubleshoot installation issues and maintain a clean workspace.
