FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Robison Construction, Inc. is currently hiring a Carpenter/Laborer for a year-round position. The Carpenter/Laborer will perform a wide range of general carpentry tasks, working closely with Project Managers, the Production Manager, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet the highest standards and satisfy our customers.

• General Carpentry: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including basic framing, roofing and siding repairs, construction repairs, and other duties as assigned.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools efficiently and safely.
• Safety Adherence: Follow jobsite safety guidelines at all times, including the safe transport of equipment and materials to job sites.
• Equipment Setup: Safely set up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as needed for the job.
• Tool Maintenance: Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly used, maintained, and stored.
• Worksite Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Progress Reporting: Update the supervisor regularly on job progress and report any issues or challenges related to the job.
