Carpenter Key Result Areas: Maintain and repair all wooden fixtures in good working condition. Complete assigned work orders accurately and within the given timeframe. Assemble, fabricate, and install wooden furniture or fixtures to required standards. Manage tools, materials, and equipment to ensure readiness and proper condition. Perform duties in accordance with safety procedures and standards. Deliver quality service and ensure user satisfaction. General Duties: Inspect, maintain, and repair wooden structures such as doors, windows, furniture, floors, and frameworks. Cut, drill, assemble, or install wooden parts according to design specifications. Sand, varnish, paint, or finish wooden surfaces to meet quality standards. Coordinate with other technicians (e.g., electrical, plumbing) for integrated maintenance tasks. Monitor and record material usage and prepare maintenance reports. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Strictly follow the company's safety and operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Key Qualifications: High school or vocational certificate in carpentry or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry or maintenance work. Skilled in the use of carpentry tools such as saws, drills, planers, sanders, and measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or blueprints. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment. Good understanding of safety practices in carpentry work. Willing to work flexible hours or on holidays when required.
