MULTI-SKILLED CARPENTER/BUILDER/SHOPFITTER

The Leeton Group are seeking a Multi Skilled Carpenter to work within our Interior Fit Projects & Groundworks Division our company has been established for over 45 years.
We complete various refurbishment projects and groundworks for a range of customers in both the Commercial and Industrial sectors. We have a range of well-known prestigious customers, 85% of which are repeat customers based mainly in Peterborough and the surrounding area.
Previous experience within carpentry or interior refurbishment is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to join a warm, welcoming and supportive company.

Role Responsibilities:-

• Proven experience of carpentry with multi trade experience
• A minimum NVQ Level 2 in carpentry or equivalent
• Ability to objectively assess own work to ensure it reaches required quality standards
• Experience working in commercial/ industrial environments essential
• Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines

· Good Health & Safety attitude & awareness
· Good team player and ‘can do’ attitude
Desirable Experience:-
Previous experience in the following areas would be an advantage: carpentry; suspended ceilings, door hanging, drylining & kitchen fitting.
Salary £40,000 per annum depending upon experience.
22days holiday pay plus bank holidays. Rising to 23 after 5 years’ Service and 25 days after 10 years’ Service. Any holidays not used can be carried forward.

40 Hours per week Monday – Friday
Driving License – Essential
