Today, MTS provides a wide range of repair, disaster restoration, and construction service coverage throughout Minnesota, with a concentration in Central and Southern, MN. What We're Looking For: Master Trade Services, located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of residential construction and remodeling tasks. This role involves working on both multi-family and single-family properties, performing skilled carpentry and light maintenance tasks. The right candidate will take pride in quality workmanship, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Install and repair windows, doors, siding, trim, and related components Perform general carpentry tasks for residential and light commercial projects Assist with minor maintenance, light plumbing, or general repair work as needed Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of carpentry or construction experience Valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
