QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in residential carpentry (home building and/or renovations)
• Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, and general construction methods
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed plans
• Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Perform all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, finishing, and custom work
• Assist in home construction, remodeling, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and basements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
• Work closely with project managers and crew members to complete projects on time
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
