· Ensuring the fabrication department efficiencies are maintained and meet the requirements of the business
· Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors
· Ensuring upkeep of all plant, tools, property and services
· Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, efficient and working practices.
· Working with others to aid further development of fabrication staff
· Direct and indirect responsibility for the production of formwork to suit customers’ requirements
· Working closely with Yard, Transport and Technical at all times
· Communication of all key information to the fabrication team
