Overview Shall be responsible for maintenance, inspection and installation of general maintenance carpenter duties as assigned. Responsibilities Performs general maintenance carpenter duties including, but not limited to, sign fabrication, general maintenance carpentry work and repairs Performs fire door inspections and repairs Hangs and finishes drywall. Removes and hangs various objects. Repairs, and rebuilding or changes to door hardware. Furnishing repair, including but not limited to furniture, artwork frames, etc. Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent required Experience: 3 years of carpenter experience required

Responsibilities

The carpenter will perform general maintenance duties, including sign fabrication and repairs. They will also conduct fire door inspections and handle drywall work.
