REQUIREMENTS

You will need:

  • A Construction White Card
  • Relevant trade qualification as a carpenter or at least 3 years or relevant work experience
  • A current Manual Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Your own basic hand tools.
  • An enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

As a full-time carpenter, you’ll be a key part of our dynamic team, working closely with our skilled Site Supervisors and Managing Director. Your work will involve a wide range of carpentry skills, including:

  • Timber Framing: Constructing wall and roof frames.
  • Fixing: Installing doors, skirting, and architraves.
  • Commercial Carpentry: Working with commercial stud and track systems and suspended ceilings.
  • Flooring & Decking: Laying sub-flooring, floorboards, and decking.
  • General Carpentry: Reading and interpreting plans, start to finish construction
