We are seeking a trade-certified Carpenter to join our passionate and highly skilled team.
With over 20 years’ experience, RE:FORM CONSTRUCTION GROUP specialises in architecturally designed residential renovations and new builds, and is renowned for their professionalism, craftsmanship and acute attention to detail. ABOUT YOU:

· Cert III in Carpentry
· Min. 2 years post certification (preferred but not essential)
· Passionate about working to the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency
· Reliable, professional, strong work ethic, energetic and eager to learn
· Seeking mentorship from expert carpenters and builders to elevate your skills and experience
· Can work both under supervision and autonomously
· Own transport and standard carpentry tools (must be serviced and well-maintained)
· Non-smoker/vaper

Experience:

• Carpentry: 4 years (Preferred

· FT, Monday – Friday
· 40hr/week (overtime available on some occasions)
· 3-month probationary period, followed by FT offer pending performance
· Full scope carpentry works
· Competitive rate with potential to increase based on performance
· Weekly wages (PAYG tax withheld)
· 12.5% super (above min. requirement!)
· Subcontractor option available
· Start your weekends early; sites close at 1:30pm on Fridays
