Description About the Role Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our Facilities Team. This position plays an important role in providing a safe, well-maintained, and extraordinary environment for our members, guests, and staff. The Carpenter / Facilities Maintenance Specialist will handle woodworking repairs and advanced carpentry projects, as well as general facility maintenance, preventative care, and emergency response needs across our 850-acre, multi-building campus. Responsibilities Open facilities and perform daily building checks. Conduct preventative maintenance on lighting, HVACR, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Perform general repairs and handyman services across all club buildings. Complete advanced carpentry repairs and woodworking projects. Assist with maintenance and installation needs in areas including plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, swimming pools, canvas, and more. Respond promptly to utility emergencies, alarm calls, and urgent repair needs. Communicate with team members regarding projects, schedules, and updates. Why Join Us? Requirements Qualifications Demonstrated carpentry skills and experience with woodworking repairs. General knowledge of facility maintenance (HVACR, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.) preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and respond to emergency repairs. AED/CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions May be required to work long shifts, after hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed. Physical work indoors and outdoors across large facilities.
