Courtenay Building Contractors Ltd are seeking experienced and reliable self-employed 1st and 2nd Fix Carpenter to support our refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial and residential properties in Harlow and the surrounding areas.
This opportunity is on a sub-contract basis and would suit established tradespeople with their own van and tools, looking for consistent project work with a professional, reputable main contractor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven carpentry and joinery experience (minimum 5 years in the UK).
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Own van, tools, and PPE.
• Good health & safety knowledge and awareness.
• Must be able to provide references and evidence of qualifications.
• Willingness to undergo DBS clearance (due to client requirements).
