JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee carpentry teams and ensure high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety and quality standards on all projects.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter and at least 7-10 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or vocational training in carpentry or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in carpentry, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly carpentry activities.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
• Monitor worker performance, provide guidance, and resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments as needed.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
