JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dublin. The role involves working on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, delivering high-quality finishes in line with industry standards and health & safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Recognised qualification in Carpentry (e.g., QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Craft – Carpentry & Joinery, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a carpenter in construction, joinery, or furniture making.
  • Strong technical knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team on construction sites or in workshops.
  • Liaise with supervisors, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ability to read drawings and work with precision.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Safe Pass (mandatory in Ireland).
  • Manual Handling certification (advantage).
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

    Pay: €18.14-€23.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 39 per week

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
