We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, including all aspects of 1st/2nd fix, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Work to tight deadlines and work well with other trades on site.
Your place of work will be in and around the Redditch area.

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:

• Previous experience working in the insurance industry, or complaint support, ideally a minimum of 2 years.
• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related field.
• Strong carpentry experience in framing, finishing, and cabinetry.
• Previous cleaning experience
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions to construction challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
